We are looking for an Operations Coordinator who will participate in Operations at Maersk H2S Safety Services AS in Esbjerg, reporting to the Operations Manager of Maersk H2S Safety Services.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in daily operations regarding mobilization and planning of resources on projects worldwide
- Work closely together with other operational bases referring to the Operation in DK
- Daily coordination of our course department
- Driving the internal Learning Portal
- Ensure a safety mentality
We are looking for
Knowledge of the energy and maritime industry is an advantage. However, it is not a requirement.
The person shall be able and have an interest in supporting different nationalities.
Most important is your ability to organize, willing to change with short notice to fulfil our customers’ requirements/needs.
The number of weekly working hours is 37.
You are:
- Highly self-driven and result-oriented
- Have a flexible and structured approach to handling changes
- Service-minded with a high drive and the ability to communicate across the organization
- A peoples-person who can tackle the diversity of personalities and competencies in the organization
- Structured and able to deliver quality in a sometimes hectic environment
- Fluent in Danish and English, both oral and writing
