We are proud to announce that MHSS Italia has been awarded the UNI_PdR 125:2022 certification, a significant recognition of our commitment to gender equality and female empowerment within our organization.
This certification, introduced by the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), establishes guidelines for a gender equality management system. It is granted by accredited bodies based on specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across six strategic areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, opportunities for growth and inclusion, gender pay equity, and work-life balance.
