We are expanding our presence in the South East Asia (SEA) region and are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team. Your mission is to drive sales in SEA, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relations
- Identify market opportunities and potential customers.
- Plan and execute sales initiatives.
- Secure business opportunities that align with the company’s objectives.
- Work independently and within teams to meet KPIs and revenue targets.
- Support the tender process within your region, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Gain insights into market trends and demands through industry knowledge and customer interactions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio.
- Register and manage data in the CRM system.
- Ensure daily work is carried out safely and according to the A.P. Moller-Maersk values.
We are looking for
You have proven experience in the local oil and gas market, combined with technical background/interest. You have a strong network and understanding of the industry’s dynamics.
Your organizational skills and flexibility are paramount, especially your ability to adapt to sudden changes to meet our customers’ needs and requirements.
You’re available to reside in Malaysia, with the workplace at our Kuala Lumpur office. This position does not include an expatriate or transfer package.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English both oral and in writing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- A degree in Business or Marketing, or a related field.
