Maersk H2S Safety Services employs more than 400 experienced H2S Supervisors, all of whom possess extensive international experience within the oil and gas industry and H2S. First class personnel are a vital precondition in conducting a safe and efficient operation.
Through determined efforts, we have taken the lead as the preferred H2S contractor in the Oil and Gas Industry, as well as in the Maritime Sector. One of the key elements in gaining this lead is the selection and training of our personnel. On-Site Services
Our H2S Supervisors are qualified to carry out consultancy services such as initial surveys and implementation of on-site contingencies. The supervisors are responsible for rigging up and maintaining the equipment onboard, as well as conducting briefings and practical training with the crew members. In short, it is the H2S Supervisors duty to ensure the correct procedures are implemented, in case the H2S alert goes off.
Supervisor Education
Maersk H2S Safety Services’ personnel go through a training programme, which combines theoretical instruction with practical training, using advanced simulator equipment and on-site job training on-board rigs throughout the world. Also, there is an ongoing programme to ensure that the supervisors are up-to-date with the latest technology.
